Moreover, it is located in a quiet street with little traffic. The space has a very nice facade allowing daylight, with the possibility to hide it with curtains.

The space is easily accessible by metro (lines 4, 3, 8 and 9: Réaumur Sébastopol, Strasbourg Saint-Denis, Sentier). A paying car park is located 5 minutes' walk from the space.
